Job Summary

TWPC HR Services is looking for a results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our client’s team in Lagos. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market presence, and executing effective marketing strategies to support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Functions

1. Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
2. Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and corporate clients.
4. Conduct field visits to generate leads and close sales.
5. Deliver compelling product presentations to prospective clients.
6. Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Marketing Functions

1. Execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and product visibility.
2. Support product launches, promotions, and activations.
3. Collaborate on digital and offline marketing initiatives.
4. Gather customer insights to improve product positioning and strategy.
5. Reporting & Administration
6. Prepare regular sales reports and performance analysis.
7. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
8. Ensure proper product merchandising and visibility across outlets.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. 2–5 years’ experience in sales and marketing (preferably in electronics, FMCG, or retail).
3. Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
4. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
5. Good understanding of market trends and customer behavior.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
