Job Summary

TWPC HR Services is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our client’s team in Lagos. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market reach, and executing strategic marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Functions

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase sales revenue.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and key stakeholders.
  • Conduct market visits to generate leads and close deals.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Marketing Functions

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote products and services.
  • Support brand visibility initiatives, promotions, and activations.
  • Collaborate on digital marketing efforts, including social media and online campaigns.
  • Gather customer feedback and market insights to inform strategy.

Reporting & Administration

  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Ensure proper product positioning and visibility in the market.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years’ experience in sales and marketing (industry experience is an added advantage).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Good understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
